Service Description

A toner will add shine, adjust the existing tone of the hair to warmer or cooler, or seal the hair after a highlight. Toner price with another color service is just $45. (add on to a highlight or add on to a single process root touch up)

Cancellation Policy

All Appointments require a credit card or deposit to book. Any appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hrs notice will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service. This fee will also apply if you request not to have services you originally booked for.

Salon Policies

We require a credit card on file to hold/book

an appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please text or call us at 617-953-4141 (during normal business hours) at least 48 hrs before your appointment to avoid being charged a 50% booking fee. Any calls/texts made outside of business hours will be time stamped at the time of reopening.

Clients who are more than 15 minutes late to their appointment may be asked to reschedule or may only be able to receive a limited portion of the booked services and the 50% booking fee will be applied to the missed portion.

​

While we do not provide refunds for services already rendered we do offer complimentary adjustments (within the same scope of the initial service) if we are notified by phone or text within 7 days of the initial service.
