Salon Policies

We require a credit card on file to hold/book

an appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please text or call us (during normal business hours) at least 48 hrs before your appointment to avoid being charged a 50% booking fee. Any calls/texts made outside of business hours will be time stamped at the time of reopening.

​

Clients who are more than 15 minutes late to their appointment may be asked to reschedule or may only be able to receive a limited portion of the booked services and the 50% booking fee will be applied to the missed portion.
